The medical condition of Steve Austin continues to be the main focus for many within the World Wrestling Federation. He visited doctors on Friday to have medical testing done and was scheduled to under a mylogram. The procedure would have doctors placing a dye into his spinal cord and then having a variety of x-rays done.

Dave Meltzer reports as well that Austin will be visiting a few neck specialists in the near future to have opinions on his neck. Few wrestlers in the World Wrestling Federation know the extent of the injury but are under the assumption right now that his neck injury from 1997 is causing the problems.

Jim Ross spoke in his weekly update about Austins condition and was pressing the fact that he would be making a return to television sooner than later. Long term plans at the moment are no longer set due to the injury. The working idea was to have the main event at Wrestlemania 16 be Steve Austin vs. The Rock.
