Tyler of Wrestlenetwork.com reported that it is possible Hulk Hogan is the mystery person who hit Austin. 1wrestling.com reports that nothing is definite, so take that rumor with a grain of salt because Austin might not ever come back to the World Wrestling Federation Ring so there has to be at least two plans, one for if he can come back, one for if he can’t.
One reason I find this hard to believe is Vince Russo came on WCW Live! And said he had a plan worked out for Hogan, so why would he go into all that trouble if Hogan were leaving in 90 days.
Remember the WWF may never say who hit Austin and just leave it as a mystery...
