Earlier this summer, Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin got crossways over the finish of the main event at SummerSlam. Michaels made comments on the WWF Web site about Austin not wanting to drop the title to HHH. Michaels questioned whether that decision should be Austin's.
The comments bothered Austin since he considers Michaels a friend. Austin lives close to San Antonio and often trains with The Heartbreak Kid. Though Austin said he is still upset with Michaels over the comments, Austin said both have put the incident behind them.
